– Financial Analyst (US role) Industry: US Commercial Real Estate

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Analyst with experience in U.S. commercial real estate underwriting, Argus Enterprise modelling, financial analysis, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

● Underwrite multifamily acquisition prospects and build financial models.

● Analyze rent rolls, financial statements, operating expenses, and market comparables.

● Perform acquisition underwriting and financial modelling for U.S. CRE assets

● Conduct market research and acquisition due diligence.

● Support transaction execution and coordinate with brokers and internal teams.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.

● Experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, or Financial modelling.

● Solid Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills.

● Knowledge of U.S. multifamily real estate markets and investment metrics preferred.

● Hands-on experience with Argus Enterprise and Advanced Excel.
