Required skills
Broad knowledge of the Oracle Communications stack: Siebel CRM, BRM, ECE, PDC, UIM, OSM, AIA and OSB.
Experience planning and provisioning DEV, SIT, UAT, pre-production, production and DR environments.
Hands-on understanding of OCI and on-premises infrastructure, Linux, networking, storage and access controls.
Kubernetes/CNE and Helm experience, including deployment configuration, sizing, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to coordinate parallel releases, deployments, patches, workplace refreshes and change approvals.
Robust production incident leadership: isolate issues, engage product specialists, manage support requests and communicate recovery plans.
Capacity and performance planning for databases, virtual machines, JVMs and Kubernetes workloads.
Leadership across multiple workstreams: set priorities, assign specialists, manage dependencies, and arrange critical-window coverage.
Transparent communication with customers, program managers, development teams, Managed Services and third parties.
