Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with enquiries related to gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Provide information about product designs, pricing, availability, making charges, and offers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and purchases.
Coordinate with store staff, sales teams, and production departments for customer requirements.
Handle customer complaints, exchange requests, repairs, and service-related queries.
Maintain customer databases and update enquiry details regularly.
Inform customers about order status, delivery timelines, and special offers.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain daily enquiry reports and customer follow-up records.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
