Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets, financial plans and periodic forecasts.
Perform financial analysis and variance analysis.
Prepare and analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.
Develop financial models for business planning and decision-making.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cost performance.
Identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting.
Support management in financial planning and business performance reviews.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of FP&A;,



budgeting and forecasting.
Financial modelling and variance analysis.
Understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP/Oracle ERP.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile
CA-qualified or CA Inter candidates with relevant experience.
2–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Corporate Finance or Business Finance.
Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in financial planning, MIS reporting and business performance analysis.
