Wistora IQ Solutions is looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team at Vyttila, Kochi.

Position: Junior HR Executive

Location: Vyttila, Kochi

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Eligibility
MBA (HR) graduates/final-year students
Any graduate with a solid interest in Human Resources
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes ,and scheduling interviews
Coordinate with candidates and hiring manager throughout the hiring process
Supporting employee onboarding process , including documentation and induction.
Maintaining employee records and keep HR databases up to date
Assisting with attendance management and HR operations




plan and Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communications
Assisting with HR policy implementation and compliance activities

Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
