Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
