E-commerce Marketing Manager – D2C Growth & Team Leadership

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead D2C growth, manage online sales operations, and drive digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, performance marketing, team leadership, and e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the Shopify e-commerce store.
Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions, and customer retention.
Plan and execute Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV.
Coordinate content creation, creatives, UGC, and promotional campaigns.
Lead and manage the e-commerce and marketing team.
Analyse performance reports and implement growth strategies.




Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in D2C e-commerce marketing.
Hands-on experience with Shopify store management.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Positive understanding of GA4 and performance marketing metrics.
Experience in team management and content strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Fluency in English; Malayalam is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
