Job Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and robust problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and account management teams.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving abilities.
