About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR professional with a solid background in Talent Acquisition, particularly in hiring for senior-level and leadership positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent recruitment skills, strong communication abilities and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and leadership positions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage salary negotiations, candidate expectations and offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.




Ensure timely closure of critical and senior-level positions.
Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers and candidate databases.
Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
Strong experience in hiring senior-level and leadership positions.
Excellent sourcing, screening and interviewing skills.
Solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the FinTech, Financial Services, Payments or Banking industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling mid-level to senior management hiring.
Strong professional network and candidate sourcing capabilities.
Ability to coordinate directly with senior management.
