About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our Data Science / Analytics business unit, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Lead employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend people interventions.




Partner with Sales and Finance teams on incentive structures and variable pay.

What We're Looking For
6–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in core HRBP roles.
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience partnering with Sales / Finance teams and managing incentive structures.
Solid expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in IT Services, Data Analytics, or technology-driven organisations is preferred.
