Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and explain NoBroker services.
Promote and sell suitable subscription plans.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Convince customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.
Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & BenefitsStarting Salary: ₹16,725 PF
