WELDER – JOB PROFILE
Perform Welding Operations (MIG/TIG/Arc) as per WPS and quality standards.
Check fit up and alignment before welding.
Ensure proper pre-heating, welding parameters and sequence.
Carry out visual inspection and report defects.
Maintain welding equipment and cleanliness.
Preparation of Daily Production Record .
Follow all safety and fire prevention guidelines.
Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Co-ordination with Fitters and Supervisor for workflow.
Choose appropriate welding consumables as per WPS.
Request maintenance or replacement of welding tools.
Experience : Two years experience in the relevant field is required. Education : Minimum 8th Pass and above.
Age : 20 yrs to 40 years.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
