We're Hiring | Assistant HR Manager – Hotel Industry

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month + PF

Food & Accommodation: Self-managed

Experience: Relevant HR experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
Coordinate with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
Handle candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Independently manage and close staffing requirements for the South Region.
Develop and maintain robust vendor relationships.
Ensure timely hiring closures and regular recruitment follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must have prior HR experience exclusively in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
Ability to independently handle recruitment operations and meet hiring targets.
Positive coordination and team-management abilities.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Significant Note: Only candidates with a hotel/hospitality HR background will be considered. Food and accommodation arrangements will be self-managed.
