We are looking for an HR Assistant to manage employee income tax-related activities, including Tax Declaration (TD) collection, investment proof validation, income tax calculations, payroll tax compliance, statutory filings, and income tax return support. The role involves ensuring accurate tax deductions, timely compliance, and maintaining employee tax records in accordance with applicable statutory regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.

13 years of experience in HR Payroll, Income Tax, or Tax Compliance.

Valuable knowledge of Indian Income Tax rules and TDS provisions.

Hands-on experience in employee tax declaration and investment proof verification.

Knowledge of income tax calculations under the Old and New Tax Regimes.

Understanding of Form 16.

Knowledge of quarterly TDS returns and statutory compliance.

Valuable analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.

Solid communication and employee coordination skills.
