HR Operations Consultant.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and process improvement initiatives.

Location: Andheri / Vidyavihar

Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate internally across departments/teams to ensure smooth HR processes
Maintain and update employee data and reports in Excel
Support HR documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping
Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency

Qualification & Skills Required
Graduate/pursuing graduation in Management Studies (BMS, BBA, or equivalent)
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, basic formulas/reporting)
Interest in AI tools and their application in HR functions
Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
Valuable coordination and interpersonal skills
