ITI - Fitter Trade
Engineering Industry, preferably in Machine Tool Manufacturing

Job Summary
Machine sub-assembly, Machine assembly, Machine Installation at Customer Site

Desired skills and Experience:
Should have 6 to 8 years of hands on experience for ITIs candidates in sub-assembly, assembly of Special Purpose Machines, VTLs, Tool Cutter Grinders.
Basic knowledge exposure to Machine Sub-assemblies like Spindle, Slide, Column, Feed drive, Rotary tables, Gear boxes, work handling etc.,
Hands on scrapping experience
Ability to understand part drawings, assembly drawings machine layout
Knowledge of Geometrical accuracies like straightness, squareness, concentricity, TIR, parallelism, measuring instruments etc.,
Basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics , Coolant systems circuits




Basic knowledge of drills, taps, size selection- Metric BSP, etc.,
Fundamentals of Safety PPE
