Job Title: Facility Management Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety and smooth functioning of the property while delivering a comfortable workplace for residents.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and property maintenance.
Coordinate housekeeping, security and maintenance teams.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain maintenance records, inventory and daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Experience: 1–3 years in Facility Management / Property Operations. Preferred: Experience in residential properties, hotels, hospitals or senior living facilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
