Jain Hospital is looking for an experienced Facility Incharge to manage and supervise day-to-day hospital facility operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, staff supervision, and hospital infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall hospital facility operations and daily activities.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the hospital.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, AC, civil, and general maintenance work.
Handle facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
Maintain maintenance records, staff attendance, and daily reports.
Ensure fire safety, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness.
Manage facility-related inventory and consumables.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Requirements & Qualifications




Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management.
Hospital or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Positive knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance operations.
Robust staff management and coordination skills.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior experience in hospital facility management will be preferred.
Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling multiple teams.
Ability to manage daily operational challenges effectively.
