About the Role9AP Energy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance across its manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and shift-related records.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely submission of salary inputs.
Manage PF, ESIC, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Maintain and update employee records through HRMS / HR-One.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.
Prepare HR documentation, reports, and MIS on a regular basis.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR-related requirements.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS platforms.
Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
