We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Executive to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of key functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Advantages, and Performance Management. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities

· End-to-end recruitment & onboarding

· Employee induction and documentation

· HR operations and administrative work

· Supporting payroll, EPF & ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity related work

· Employee relations & conflict handling

· Handling HRMIS System (Greythr)

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & documentation

Requirements

· MBA/MSW/MHRM

· Experience 0 to 2 years

· Good Communication and Inter-personal skills

· Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
