Job title: Guest Hospitality & Transport Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In office)

Employment type: Temporary / Contract

We’re looking to support our out-of-town guests during a wedding in Ahmedabad in early December 2026.

What you’ll do
Welcome guests at the hotel and help with smooth check-in and check-out.
Work with the hotel front desk on room assignments, keys, and any guest requests.
Keep an up-to-date guest list with room numbers, contact details, and special needs (elderly guests, kids, mobility support)
Plan and manage guest movement between the hotel and the event venues for every function
Decide in real time which fleet to use based on how many guests are ready.
Act as the main contact for guests and drivers, and handle last-minute changes calmly

What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality, events, travel desk, or logistics
Organized, quick-thinking, and positive with people of all ages
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (preferred)
Familiar with Ahmedabad.
Available for the full event dates.

Compensation: Paid assignment, with meals provided on event days.
