Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the fashion design team and sportswear collections.
Research market trends, fabrics, colours and competitor designs.
Develop design concepts, CADs, sketches and technical packs.
Select performance fabrics, trims and accessories.
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling and production teams.
Monitor sampling, fitting, quality, costing and approvals.
Manage team performance, buyer requirements and seasonal collections.
