We are looking for an experienced Fixed Asset Executive with hands-on experience in SAP, fixed asset accounting, CAPEX management, and asset capitalization activities.
Key Responsibilities
Creation and maintenance of Internal Orders (IO) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in SAP.
Handling settlement of Internal Orders to Assets Under Construction (AUC) in SAP.
Managing asset capitalization and asset deletion activities in SAP.
Conducting monthly depreciation reviews and monitoring.
Performing fixed asset reconciliation with the General Ledger (GL).
Reviewing CAPEX Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) against approved budgets.
Ensuring accuracy of fixed asset records and compliance with accounting procedures.
. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting.
Valuable understanding of CAPEX, AUC, Internal Orders, and WBS.
Knowledge of depreciation, asset capitalization, and GL reconciliation.
Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.
