Job Summary
We're Hiring: HR Executive / HR Associate / Talent Acquisition (TA) / HR Recruiter at Svenska Design Hotels, Andheri West. 5 Star Luxury Boutique Hotels. Fresher or 1yr Experience in HR (recruitment).
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening: Help us find top talent for our culinary, front office, and more by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Employee Engagement: Execute fun employee welfare events, town halls, and internal celebrations.
Onboarding Support: Give our current joiners a warm welcome by coordinating their documentation, and uniform allocations.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, BBA, or MBA in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
Native-level fluency in Marathi is a plus for daily employee communication.
Preferable hotel experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
