Develop detailed 3D HVAC models using Revit MEP.
Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, chilled water piping and equipment layouts.
Model HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, diffusers, dampers and duct accessories.
Prepare HVAC shop drawings, sections, elevations and coordinated layouts.
Coordinate HVAC models with electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural disciplines.
Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
Prepare and update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
Ensure models comply with project specifications, BIM standards and industry practices.
Coordinate with design engineers and BIM coordinators to ensure timely project delivery.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
