Responsibility
Plan and execute HVAC installation projects.
Supervise HVAC technicians and site workers.
Handle installation of VRF/VRV, Ductable AC, Split AC systems.
Read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQ and specifications.
Monitor ducting, copper piping, insulation and equipment installation.
Coordinate with clients, contractors and site engineers.
Manage site materials and manpower efficiently.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets.
Coordinate project billing, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Skills Required
Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems and installation.
Ability to read HVAC drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Positive communication and team management skills.




Problem-solving and site coordination skills.
Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
