Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, government relations and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and hands-on experience managing HR operations in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
Handle monthly payroll processing, WPS and compensation-related activities.
Manage employee transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher and Mudad.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures and HR policies.
Coordinate performance appraisals, employee training and development.
Maintain employee records,



HRIS/ERP data and monthly HR reports.
Calculate end-of-service advantages, leave settlements and final settlements.
Support the HR & Admin Manager in daily HR operations.

Candidate Requirements
Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
5–7 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years in KSA as a Senior HR Generalist.
Robust knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government portals.
Hands-on experience in payroll, WPS, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and Mudad.
Good knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
Experience in Food / FMCG / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
CIPD, SHRM-CP or PHR certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
