Role The General Manager Talent Acquisition will lead the overall Talent Acquisition function and manage a team responsible for domestic and international hiring across white-collar and blue-collar positions. The role will leverage recruitment technology, Octane Applicant Tracking System (ATS), AI-enabled recruitment tools and recruitment dashboards/analytics to improve sourcing, hiring efficiency, candidate experience and decision-making.
