Eeleem Resorts & Spa is looking for passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage Production team. We have openings for the following positions:
Commis Chef – 1 Vacancy
Chef de Partie (CDP) – North Indian Cuisine – 1 Vacancy
Kitchen Trainee – 1 Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food as per resort standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Follow kitchen instructions and coordinate with team members for smooth operations.
Minimise food wastage and maintain proper kitchen practices.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food.

Requirements:




Relevant experience in the respective position is preferred.
Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
Candidates with North Indian cuisine experience are preferred for the CDP position.
Freshers with a passion for cooking and willingness to learn can apply for the Trainee position.
Positive teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
