Mission
Strong working knowledge of Ford change control systems and terminology (WERS, FEDEBOM, BOM, CMM, PDL, EDMS, MMA, NTEI)
Experience in Bill of Material structuring, change management, or P-Release processes within an automotive/engineering setting.
Strong analytical skills to investigate BoM errors, perform root-cause analysis,



and translate insights into recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills across Engineering, Finance, HWIM, and Purchasing.
High attention to detail for financial audit control, quality checks, and ISO/EDMS compliance documentation.
Ability to work to strict cadences and deadlines, providing mutual cover with peers for CMM and related meetings.
