We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations at our four-wheeler dealership. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance (PF/ESIC), employee relation management, and performance evaluations to support smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, interview, and hire candidates for showroom roles (Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, Receptionists, and Back-Office Staff).
Manage candidate onboarding, document verification, and orientation programs.
Statutory Compliance, PF & ESIC
Handle monthly PF and ESIC registration, return filing, and challan generation.
Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, Shop & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, and dealership compliance policies.
Maintain employee records, registers, and compliance document audits.
Payroll & Perks Administration
Process monthly attendance, leave records, and overtime for payroll execution.
Calculate salaries, deductions, incentive payouts (for sales and service teams), and disburse pay slips.
Performance Management
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review cycles for sales and workshop staff.
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



and key result areas (KRAs) across departments.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee complaints, workplace grievances, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee engagement and implement workplace health, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of core HR experience (Experience in an auto dealership or retail environment is a plus).
Skills:
Proficiency in PF/ESIC portals and HRMS/Payroll software.
Knowledge of labor compliance laws and regulations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
