Position 1: Foreman
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position 2: Senior Foreman
Experience: 6–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction site activities.
Allocate work to workers, labourers and site teams.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
Manage manpower, materials and construction resources at the site.
Ensure proper quality standards and construction practices.
Monitor labour productivity and maintain daily site reports.
Follow site safety rules and ensure workplace discipline.
Identify execution-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.




Relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Positive knowledge of construction site activities and execution.
Experience in manpower handling and site supervision.
Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings.
Solid coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
