Roles & Resbonsibilities
Co-ordination and liaising between plant and HO.
Responsible for general administration and office operations of the Plant. He will work in collaboration with all line Managers whenever necessary.
Liaising with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.
Overseeing fulfilment of all statutory and compliance related requirements.
Responsible for commercial negotiations, contracts, vendor management, and execution of any on site work including current process implementation.
Auditing purchase and expense records maintained by Plant on a weekly basis.





Required Skillsets
15 -20 years of experience in handling administration of a continuous process factory.
Must have experience mainly in admin/ commercial matters related to plant.
Must have experience working with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc.
Must have experience in all statutory and compliance related requirements -Experience in managing administration/ facility management of a plant for any continuous process industry.
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
