We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support recruitment, and coordinate employee-related operations. The candidate will help build a solid workforce to support our engineering and design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Source candidates for engineering and CAD drafting positions.
Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll inputs and support HR administration.
Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and company procedures.
Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Coordinate with project managers to understand staffing requirements.
Assist with general office administration as required.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Valuable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR documentation.
Experience recruiting engineering, CAD, or technical professionals is preferred.
