Field Executive (Vendor Onboarding)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:
Visit local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail outlets to acquire current vendors.
Explain ZIPamart's business model, perks, and onboarding process.
Complete vendor registration and collect required business documents.
Assist vendors with adding a minimum of 50 SKUs, including product details, pricing, and images.
Help vendors install and understand the ZIPamart application.
Provide basic app training and ensure vendors are ready to receive orders.
Maintain daily visit reports and achieve assigned onboarding targets.

Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in field sales / vendor onboarding.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Kannada is mandatory; English/Hindi preferred.
Knowledge of Bengaluru local markets.
Willingness to travel across assigned areas.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
