Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resource operations, including recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with management.
Manage joining formalities and onboarding.
Employee Management
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
Monitor employee performance and discipline.
Attendance & Payroll
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and employee working hours.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary records.
Maintain leave management and attendance reports.
HR Documentation & Compliance
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.




Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
General HR Operations
Develop and implement HR policies.
Coordinate employee training and development.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.
Handle all day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.
Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
