Role & responsibilities
Experience: 0 -3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates for mid-level and senior leadership positions.
Communicate confidently with senior-level specialists and leadership candidates.
Conduct detailed candidate discussions to assess experience, skills, expectations and suitability.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases using Excel.
Key Requirements
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly for leadership roles.
Ability to hold meaningful, detailed conversations with senior-level candidates.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong follow-up, coordination and organisational skills.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
