About the Role

Gulmohartree is looking for a proactive and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the founder across e-commerce operations, marketplace management, marketing, and business growth. This is a cross-functional role requiring robust ownership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, including orders, inventory, listings, and dispatch coordination.
Coordinate with marketplace agencies, logistics partners, warehouses, and vendors.
Handle GST documentation, marketplace compliance, and related follow-ups.
Support website updates, digital branding, content planning, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate offline events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.
Support offline sales expansion, MR coordination, and business development activities.
Track sales performance, prepare reports,



and identify operational improvements.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of team members and freelancers.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, marketing, or business coordination.
Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
Proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup workplace.
