Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Electrical

Department: Electrical / Project Execution/Planning and coordination

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Fresher

Location: Head Office - Raipur

Industry: Infrastructure / Transmission & Distribution / Railway Projects

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary – Up to 15000 -18000 PM
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in the planning and coordination at Head office.
Assist in Transmission Line and Substation project activities, as applicable.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and technical specifications.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare work progress reports.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
Follow electrical safety procedures and applicable HSE requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other departments.
Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and other project documentation.




Assist in material inspection, quantity verification, and preparation of material requirements.
Perform other electrical engineering activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and equipment.
Understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
Valuable computer knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and travel as per project requirements.
Positive attitude, learning ability, and commitment to safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
