Job Overview iTalent is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Nagpur. This is a great chance for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources.

The selected candidate will gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR records and prepare basic HR reports.




Support daily HR administrative activities.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications
Pursuing or completed BBA, BBA (HR), MBA (HR), or a related qualification.
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Robust interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR.
Must have a personal laptop.
