Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end permission process and ensure timely completion of requests.
Guide the team in rightsholder research, permission requests, and follow-ups.
Monitor rights, usage terms, fees, and approval status in coordination with the PM.
Ensure accurate maintenance of permission records, contracts, and supporting documents in GPS.
Allocate tasks, monitor team progress, and manage workloads.
Review Group Lead QC reports and ensure quality issues are resolved.
Coordinate with PMs, publishers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
Monitor pending permissions, delays, and escalations.
Track team performance, identify recurring errors, and provide guidance and training.
Prepare regular reports on progress, pending tasks, and team performance.
