What Will You Do?

You will act as a force multiplier for the Founder, including:
Prepare the Founders daily business and deal dashboard.
Track key transactions from mandate to closure.
Monitor BD pipeline, potential fees and conversion.
Prepare briefing notes for key client/investor meetings.
Coordinate across Functions.
Track important decisions, actions and deadlines.
Identify stalled deals and business bottlenecks.
Manage the Founder’s follow-ups and ensure closure.
Track collections and critical payment issues.
Research recent business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Support investor / LP and strategic relationship management.
Drive special projects assigned by the Founder.
Identify activities that can be delegated, systemised or automated.
Help build a scalable Director’s Office.

Preferred Background





3–7 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Investment Banking
Corporate Finance
Private Equity / Venture Capital
Management Consulting
Financial Services
Business Strategy / Operations
CEO Office / Founder’s Office

Educational Qualifications: MBA / CA / CFA / Engineering or a strong analytical background would be an advantage.
