Role & responsibilities
Lead factory HR operations across all three locations, covering attendance, leave, payroll inputs, overtime, employee records, confirmations, transfers, exits and other employee lifecycle processes.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Structured and process-oriented, with a robust bias for execution and closure.
Comfortable working with HR data, dashboards, audits and management reviews.
Sound understanding of employee relations and the practical requirements of a manufacturing setting.
Clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to handle sensitive people matters with maturity.
Establish and standardise HR policies, SOPs and operating processes, and lead periodic audits covering recruitment, employee files, attendance, payroll, contractor records, PMS, LMS, training and statutory documentation.
Ensure effective functioning and governance of HRMS, attendance and LMS processes, and drive closure of audit observations, corrective actions and repeat findings.
Oversee labour administration, contractor documentation, PF/ESI and wage compliance, and ensure readiness for statutory inspections and audits.
