Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure and maintain Windows systems and business applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic network connectivity issues.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and other workplace applications.
Create, update and close IT support tickets within defined timelines.
Manage user accounts, system access and basic IT asset allocation.
Perform system setup for recent employees and handle IT onboarding/offboarding.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software and network-related issues.
Follow IT security, backup and system maintenance procedures.
