Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and assist with recruitment and daily HR operations. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in talent acquisition, employee coordination, and HR administration.

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding schedules and updates.
Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and spreadsheets.




Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
