We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated HR Manager cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our growing mental healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
Oversee HR policies, attendance, leave management, and staff coordination.
Support employee engagement, training, and career development.
Coordinate HR operations across multiple branches.

Public Relations & Administration
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate corporate wellness programmes, institutional collaborations, and outreach activities.
Handle public relations, official communications, and organisational events.
Manage client relations, feedback, and grievance coordination while maintaining confidentiality.




Support management in business development and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
MBA in HR, MSW (HR), or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or public relations, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Solid leadership, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations, and qualified workplace ethics.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple branches.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
