Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of our Digital Lending ecosystem, including Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) platforms. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer and partner journeys, and enabling scalable lending operations aligned with business growth objectives.

Role & responsibilities - Robust experience in Finnone project

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy for LMS, LOS, and digital lending platforms.
Partner with business, risk, operations, credit, collections, compliance, and technology teams to build scalable lending solutions.
Drive digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer acquisition, onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.





Digital Lending Platform Management
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of LOS and LMS platforms.
Design and enhance digital lending journeys for secured and unsecured loan products.
Drive automation across loan sourcing, credit decisioning, e-KYC, bureau integrations, underwriting, disbursal, collections, and customer servicing.
Ensure seamless integration with third-party fintech partners, payment gateways, bureaus, OCR engines, account aggregators, and regulatory systems.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with business leaders, credit risk teams, operations, compliance, and engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into product features and detailed user stories.
