Job Title: IT Executive

Job Summary

An IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, computer systems, networks, software, and technical support services to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software licenses.
Perform regular data backups and support data recovery.
Ensure system security, antivirus updates, and data protection.
Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors.
Maintain IT documentation and prepare technical reports.
Monitor network performance and ensure uninterrupted IT services.

Required Skills




Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and networking.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
Basic knowledge of servers and Active Directory.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple technical issues.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.

Experience
Freshers or 1–3 years of experience, depending on company requirements.

Timely resolution of IT issues.
System and network uptime.
Employee IT support satisfaction.
Proper IT asset management.
Data security and backup compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
