Location: Guwahati, Assam

Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Assam state project, supporting a large field workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction and exit formalities for state and district staff
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave in the HRMS; process monthly payroll inputs
Ensure statutory compliance – EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus and labour laws
Handle employee grievances, discipline and staff welfare
Coordinate training needs and performance appraisal
Prepare HR MIS and reports for management and the client department
