Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for sales, technical, service, and managerial roles across Chennai dealerships and service centers.
OEM Alignment: Coordinate OEM-mandated training and certification programs (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, JLR, Porsche).
Performance & Talent Management: Manage annual PMS cycles, KPI frameworks, employee retention, and succession planning.
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, employee grievances, and ensure 100% adherence to Tamil Nadu labor laws and statutory regulations.
Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
